Together, we make life better for our communities.

We were set up to provide a joined-up service around the service user and their family reducing confusion, duplication and enabling better co-ordination.

Our mission, our values and our behaviours will help to define our culture as a new organisation. This has been an inclusive process and we have undertaken a comprehensive engagement programme over many months to help shape what MPFT will stand for. Our mission

Council of Governors

Governors stand for a maximum term of three years and are either elected by members or appointed from our partner organisations.

Governors work in partnership with the Board of Directors (which is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Trust and its strategic development) and agree what needs to be done to meet the needs of the community.

The Council of Governors links the Board of Directors to the Membership and communities.
